Sandwich panels PAH
The PanelPlus™ PAH composite panels are very light, composed of an aluminium honeycomb core, coated externally with two fiberglass skins impregnated with phenolic resin and bonded with a thermoplastic adhesive.
The surface is uniform, very compact weave with great esthetic impact, ideal as support for any cladding material in fields where fire resistance characteristics are highly requested.
The type of adhesive used for bonding the fiberglass skins to the aluminium honeycomb core is of thermoplastic nature, with a high melting point of around 100°, which grants the panel excellent dimensional stability characteristics under thermal shocks.

Grazie ad un processo produttivo estremamente flessibile, PanelPlus può realizzare su richiesta del cliente pannelli con dimensioni, spessori, caratteristiche meccaniche e finiture superficiali.
Inoltre i pannelli possono essere tagliati e fresati con tecniche tradizionali normalmente utilizzate nell'industria del legno.
